Quiet atmosphere in certain rooms

Our stay was excellent, greatly enjoyed incredibly nice breakfasts.

Would consider staying here again, the hotel was clean, and location very close to the sanctuary which was great was great. Location: the venue was near the center of Lourdes, very close to the basilica...  

I liked the location since it's so close to Our Lady of Lourdes Sanctuary. The hotel was so close I can hear the activities going on in the Sanctuary when my windows were open. Access to shops and restaurants was very convenient....  

Can't recommend highly enough for strolling

Fantastic room, fantastic location, with a newly renovated space that was spotlessly clean and only a 5-minute walk from the entrance of the Sanctuary, providing convenient access to explore the area with ease....

Everything was as you would expect from this level of hotel except for those points noted below. I would recommend the hotel bearing in mind the points below.

Breakfast was very, very poor. Limited choice of food and not much of it and it was only served from 0700 till 0900. I have had better breakfasts in 2 star hotels. If you stay here do not pay for breakfast, eat out. I had a Junior Suite and the only mirror was in the bathroom, I expect a mirror in the living area in a hotel of this level.

Fantastic Family Experience with Great Service

We spent 3 nights in a spacious family room. The staff were very good. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, though a bit more variety would elevate it.

That I had a clean room

Twice, staff entered my room ignoring a ticket on the outside of the door saying "DO not DISTURB" The first time was at 07.15 when I was not fully dressed and inspite of complaining (in french) all I got was "pardon" and later at about 10.30am I returned to my room to find the staff had again ignored the "DO not DISTURB" notice and were in my room. The only acknowledgement from the reception staff was a gallic shrug of the shoulders.

Great location and spacious lounge, but food quality is disappointing.

The hotel was close to the entrance to the gates at Lourdes.

The hotel was dirty, the staff were not helpful, the plumbing in the room did not work - sink and tub did not drain, it was pricey for what you got. Overall a big disappointment.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the sanctuary. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate toilet and bathroom. The breakfast options could use improvement. The English breakfast was disappointing, with greasy bacon and unappetizing sausages. The service at breakfast was disorganized, and the wait to be seated was longer than expected.

The setting was quite perfect and peaceful within easy reach of a byzantine - style church. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone.

The tasteful decor, and the spacious sitting areas were as cute as a warm hug from an old friend. Perfect for us seniors!

More handrails in the bathroom would help.

Great hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. The staff even helped me find a local taxi service during my first visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!...
